- Participate in Total and Preventive Maintenance (TPM) for all equipment and facilities
- Install, repair, and maintain equipment and facilities
- Analyze mechanical and operational problems, make necessary corrections for maximum production and quality
- Record operational data, propose continuous improvement actions, manage spare parts inventory
- Train operators on equipment operation, maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Actively participate in work teams, perform other duties as requested
- Technical diploma and/or journeyman card
- Electrical wiring and mechanical skills
- Working knowledge of Quality systems, Health, Safety, and Environmental skills
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions, good communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, exert force, perform bending, twisting, and work overtime as needed
- Steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and Kevlar sleeves required in production areas
- May be exposed to flying objects, weld fumes, and moderate burns, cuts, and bruises
- Significant temperature changes in the facility (heat in summer, cold in winter)
