    Job Details for Audio Visual Technician:
    • Full-time Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30AM-4:30PM (overtime as needed)
    • Salary: Negotiable based on experience
    • Multiple Direct Hire Opportunities with health insurance and other benefits package

    Job Responsibilities & Description for Audio Visual Technician:
    • Lead installations of audio/video systems in commercial environments, ensuring the successful outcome of projects (Installations range from simple room setups to fully integrated building systems).
    • Perform advanced troubleshooting and provide timely solutions to technical issues.
    • Oversee and train co-workers to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their audio-visual requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
    • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure optimal system performance.

    Job Requirements for Audio Visual Technician:
    • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and have a willingness to grow within the company.
    • 5+ years installing/troubleshooting audio/video systems (Flat Panels, Projectors, Structured cabling systems, Audio Systems (25/70-Volt), Video distribution systems, IP Encoders, Control systems, DSP, Building Racks, Lacing Wires, Cabling Rough-in, etc).
    • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and have a willingness to grow within the company.
    • Must have a reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and ability to become DCJS licensed.
    • Comfortable working on ladders and using power tools safely.
    • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
