What you'll do:
Highly collaborative, visible, lead marketing role that works within and outside the company to develop and implement the organizations brand positioning resulting in positive brand sentiment for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas.
Marketing strategist, focused on driving engagement with targeted audiences, resulting in qualified sales leads (acquisition) and value-added content strategies (retention).
Data and performance driven leader that uses an insights-driven decision-making culture by establishing processes and dashboards for measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns/programs (return on marketing investments).
Leader and coach of a customer-centric team responsible for branding, performance marketing, content development and deployment, creative design and video, multi-cultural marketing, and sponsorships.
What you need:
Bachelor's degree in journalism/communications, Marketing, or a related field with five years' working experience managing and executing key aspect of marketing strategies.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing management - coaching, developing, and leading a team.
Proven track record of success in team leadership or supervisory role.
Bonus if you have:
Strong understanding of health care economics, health insurance products and industry regulations.
Understanding of Kansas Insurance Department advertising guidelines, CMS and ACA mandates and guidelines.
