    The Relationship Manager II (RM II) plays a crucial role in consulting with members to understand their needs, recommend suitable products/services, and follow up on transactions. Meeting and exceeding performance targets is key, along with detecting and reporting any suspicious activities. The RM II handles various member transactions, including account openings/closures, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring all tasks are accurate and completed promptly to enhance the member service experience. This position also involves profiling member accounts to offer relevant solutions, such as Investment Services, Insurance Products, and Small Business services.

    As an RM II, you will also assist in mentoring staff, provide alternative account profiling methods, and support leadership functions in the absence of branch management. Upholding confidentiality, attention to detail, sound judgment, and professionalism are paramount in representing Nuvision Federal Credit Union and maintaining positive relationships both internally and externally.

    Responsibilities:

    • Consult with members, identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up on transactions.
    • Handle various account maintenance tasks and recommend products/services based on member conversations.
    • Call on prospective business opportunities through call reports.
    • Assist with leadership functions, coach teller line, and provide alternative account profiling suggestions.
    • Identify and report suspicious activities, complete required training and compliance modules.
    • Support continuous improvement activities and Credit Union events, representing the organization positively.
    • Maintain confidentiality of member information and treat all team members and members with respect.

    Qualifications:

    • 18 months of Financial institution experience, with prior loan experience and a track record of meeting service and performance goals.
    • Thorough knowledge of deposit/loan products and proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Office tools.
    • Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, member service focus, and organizational skills.
    • Interest in assisting members through impactful conversations, empathetic nature, and willingness to make a difference.
    • Coaching/mentoring skills, completion of compliance related coursework, Notary, and NMLS Registered.

    Pay scale by location:

    • $28.30 per hour

    The final compensation will be based on various factors like experience, industry knowledge, and job-related training/education.
