- Ensuring that all accounts supported and maintained including:
- Contract renewals, terminations, and negotiations as required
- Internal folder document management including:
- Executed Contract
- Equipment Invoices
- Installation Invoice
- Serial #s
- Subcontractor/Service Provider, if Out of State
- Communicating billing info to AR
- Following up on complaints and queries on behalf of clients including:
- Service/Repair requests, invoices, and expenses
- Work with service vendors on outstanding issues and resolutions
- Assist with billable issues
- Knowledgeable of new services and products available to clients
- Build effective relationship with the clients to support sales activities and maintain revenue targets
- Coordinate with other heads of departments on all activities to ensure customer satisfaction
- Incorporate policies and procedures of the company into operations
- Asset management and equipment allocation
- New and used inventory
- Compactor replacements/swap outs
- Disposition of assets
- Asset tracking information such as serial numbers, stickers or other as needed
- Asset Additions/Subtractions
- Depreciation schedule
- Property taxes & sales tax in new jurisdictions/municipalities with the Controller
- Monitor and review project activities and ensure that they are completed within schedule and budget
- Maintain customer database details
- Reporting to senior management on the status of accounts
- Monthly reports covering
- # of calls
- review total repair expense including by location, big ticket items, outliers
- Reports Quarterly, Semi Annual or Annual reports including:
- financial data
- churn
- p/l, etc.
- revenue v. expense, product category
- growth
- Equipment aging list
- assessment of repair frequency and expenditure by asset. Then by site or customer.
- Make recommendations on loss leaders
- Contract renewals, rate increases, cancellations
- Growth goals by customer base, specific customer, location, asset type. Inversely, which ones to stay away from - same categories
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields
- Proven negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to exercise tact, courtesy, and ethics when dealing with vendors, co-workers, and customers
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, QuickBooks, as well as CRM software
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred
- At least 4 years of Waste Handling/Recycling Equipment experience
