The Patient Access Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate patient registration and admission processes within the hospital's clinic setting. They are responsible for greeting patients and confirming and/or updating information and demographics, verifying insurance coverage, and creating a positive experience for patients.- Required: Three (3) years' experience in healthcare registration, admissions, scheduling or related customer service roles is required.
