    Description

    Our client, a leading organization in the technology and services sector, is seeking an Implementation Supervisor to join their team. As an Implementation Supervisor, you will be part of the project management and operations department supporting migration and implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Implementation Supervisor 

    Location: Louisville, KY - Hybrid

    Duration: 6+ month contract

    What's the Job?

    • Support mid to large-scale migration projects involving multiple sites and products
    • Analyze customer solutions and actively participate in successful migrations
    • Develop implementation models including deployment plans, scheduling, and communication strategies
    • Manage cross-functional implementation teams to ensure project success
    • Conduct post-implementation audits, report outcomes, and share lessons learned

    What's Needed?

    • Proficiency in project management practices and tools
    • Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
    • Willingness to travel domestically to support account migrations
