- Clean, wash, and sanitize all chinaware glassware and silverwares.
- Set up work station with supplies equipment report shortages replenish supplies maintain cleanliness sanitation organization assigned work areas.
- Clean designated equipment sinks refrigerators freezers service areas walls drains kitchen cafeteria dumpster compactor areas following sanitation requirements assigned store cleaned kitchen equipment within their designated areas dispose food chemical waste properly adhering current safety sanitation practices maintain cleanliness working condition garbage disposal grease traps sweep mop floors kitchen dining regularly clean spills immediately handle wares carefully prevent breakage loss use correct cleaning chemicals according OSHA regulations hotel requirements assist communicate additions changes assignments arise throughout shift report damages maintenance problems safety hazards supervisor perform duties required assigned.
