    Warehouse Associate

    PrideStaff is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to support our client's assembly and warehouse operations.

    Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
    Pay Rate: $15/hr
    Location: Fort Myers, FL

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle and control materials for the manufacture and sale of precision Electric Traction Drives and Accessories as directed by the Warehouse Manager to meet high quality and reliability standards
    • Receive, unpack, inspect, and store incoming materials
    • Kitting of Work Orders, cycle counting of inventory, assisting in yearend physical inventory
    • Pack, crate, and ship products to customers and ancillary warehouse locations
    • Handling of delicate electronic components, operation of fork lift upon certification
    • Assist with routine general maintenance, some light lifting and other task as assigned


    Qualifications:

    • Must be detail and quality oriented, a motivated self-starter, have good work ethics and be a team player.
    • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in assembly and repair processes.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Willingness to follow safety protocols and report any safety hazards promptly.
    • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move materials as needed.
