    Job Description:

    As the Production Control Manager,you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

    While we already have a strong engineering leadership team in place, we recognize the critical need for dedicated oversight in production control, scheduling, and personnel supervision to optimize our operations.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Oversee production control processes to ensure timely and efficient execution of manufacturing schedules, taking into account factors such as materials availability, capacity constraints, and production priorities.


    Develop and maintain production schedules that balance production efficiency with customer demand, working closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, and sales.


    Monitor production metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet production targets.

    Supervise production personnel, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures.


    Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to implement process improvements and optimize production workflows for maximum efficiency and quality.


    Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components, minimizing production disruptions and inventory holding costs.

    Implement and maintain production planning and scheduling software systems to streamline operations and enhance visibility into production activities.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

    Proven experience in production control, scheduling, and personnel supervision within a manufacturing environment.


    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions to optimize production processes.


    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate production plans and priorities.

    Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire production teams to achieve operational excellence.

    Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software systems (e.g., ERP systems, MRP systems) preferred.
