Responsibilities
- Conducting second-level audits on Customs import entries filed for US and Puerto Rico Ensuring adherence to trade compliance with US Customs regulations Collaborating closely with management, internal customers, including Customs Brokers, departmental colleagues Promptly retrieving post-entry documentation from systems Retrieving timely precise audits meeting deadlines Upholding Compliance Compiling documents into single PDF files Creating individual import document packets Electronic recordkeeping Performing various other responsibilities within department as required
Mandatory Qualifications

- Knowledge basic import trade compliance Trade regulations Capability thrive fast-paced environment achieve deadlines Consistent high performance accurately handling large volumes Experience auditing Import sector Strong focus details Effective communication skills collaboration stakeholders Proficient English demonstrating strong written verbal communication abilities Proficiency Adobe Acrobat Skilled Microsoft applications Outlook PowerPoint Excel Word Associate Bachelor degree up 1 year experience GED addition having years experience trade compliance Auditing qualifications/li>
- A background auditing related Import documentation Minimum years experience Import compliance ideally involving pharmaceutical products chemicals commodities subject strict regulation government agencies Previous global trade management systems SAP GTS comparable databases Certifications related trade compliance importing / /ul>
