    Job DescriptionWe are looking for experienced CNC Machinists/Programmers to join our team
    PERFORMANCE SUMMARY: Works to promote vision and values by operating
    equipment and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
    PERFORMANCE ROLES:
    • Safety role – Compliance and participation in safety related programs and
      initiatives
    • Quality role – Assure quality compliance for all areas of responsibility
    • Customer Service role – Understands customer requirements. Ensures that
      the needs of external and internal customers are met on time and accurately.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Required to set up, perform trial run, run to production targets on CNC
      machines in a safe and efficient manner
    • Perform CNC programming as needed; writing, editing, etc. for existing
      product and new product being added to our product line.
    • Must be knowledgeable and understand how to use all measurement devices
      needed to ensure quality of the product.
    • Make inspections using the required instruments and inspection plans for
      each job performed and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality of
      the product
    • Responsible for training other associates on CNC machines as needed.
    • Needs to be proactive in identifying ways to improve machine output
    • May be required to operate more than one machine
    • Keeps work area safe, clean and orderly.
    • Other duties as assigned.
