    Benefits of Being an Independent Contractor:
    • Ability to negotiate compensation based on the care provided. Our recommended rates, informed by market research, are $18.00 per hour for hourly caregivers and $180.00 per day for live-in caregivers.
    • Flexibility to design your schedule according to your lifestyle and preferences.
    • Opportunity to select your clients upfront based on their care needs.

    Requirements for Caregivers:
    • Driver's License (for hourly caregivers) or State ID (for live-in caregivers who do not drive)
    • Clean Criminal Background and Child Abuse Clearances
    • Valid Car Insurance
    • TB Test or Chest X-ray
    • Minimum of 2 years' caregiving experience
