    The

    IT Business Systems Analyst

    reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs and systems
    experiences to document, design, customize, and advise on building solutions that support overall
    business strategies and improve quality, efficiency for processes and understanding the use of
    existing or new systems. The IT Business Systems Analyst acts as a liaison between technical staff
    and users to maximize the use of and reporting from new and existing systems.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Follow established procedures as it relates to project management process and SDLC.

    Act as a subject matter expert on software and processes, including development of new system fields, automation, system macros/validations, and process improvements.

    Participate in daily stand-ups or other organized meetings and provide informative, proactive,and meaningful updates on current projects.
    Engage Stakeholders to advise on project clarifications, recommendations, updates, provide and receive input, and relay next steps.
    Participate in supporting, building, and utilizing data management platforms such as Domo and Boomi.

    Act as an Enterprise Data SME, which includes extensive data mapping activities
    Work with data development team to maintain and normalize data
    SQL query and relational database familiarity and experience a plus

    Analyze business requirements and design solutions that effectively meet/exceed business requirements.
    Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively, including support of reporting and application issues.
    Create/maintain effective system and process documentation.
    Deliver small projects and assignments according to published schedule.
    Monitor, collect and assemble data from multiple sources to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations and actionable data.

    Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions based on data.
    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment on concurrent projects.
    2-3 years technical project management (Agile/Kanban) experience. SDLC experience a plus.
    2-3 years' experience with mortgage servicing and/or loan origination systems preferred.
    Familiarity with mixed software environments Cloud-based/SaaS and desktop applications.
    Advanced knowledge of Excel; formulas, pivots, macros preferred.
    Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, and/or other database reporting tools is a plus.
    Experience with MS Office tools to enable documentation, visualization, communication,Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.

    Education and/or Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Systems Administration, or comparable
    experience a plus.
    Credentials/Training in mortgage, operational reporting, CRM systems a plus.

    IT Experience as it pertains to building technical business requirements, analyzing processworkflows in and outside of systems, reporting, data analysis, application support, technicalproject implementation preferred.

    Language Skills
    Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability
    to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small
    group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
    Mathematical Skills
    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, commonfractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bargraphs.
    Reasoning Ability
    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions. Ability to deal
    with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
    Computer Skills
    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
