    Description

    *Position Overview:

    We are seeking a seasoned SR General Superintendent with a mechanical - Electrical Plumbing (MEP) focus to join our team.

    This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our commercial projects through exceptional leadership, meticulous planning, and robust execution.

    *Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and mentor teams across all trades and manpower levels.
    • Ensure implementation and documentation of corrective measures as needed.
    • Create and execute a comprehensive Master Plan for projects.
    • Oversee and maintain CPMI (Critical Path Method Initiative).
    • Schedule and manage daily and weekly work activities.
    • Manage requisition, maintenance, and accountability for tools, materials, and equipment.
    • Monitor subcontractor performance and quality of work.
    • Coordinate jurisdictional inspections and maintain positive relationships with inspectors.
    • Review and update Labor Hours/Job Costs reports weekly with project management.
    • Optimize project execution through field/pre-fabrication planning and scheduling.
    • Assist with schedule preparation and resource/budget allocation.
    • Provide training, mentoring, and leadership to field personnel.
    • Ensure accurate cost coding and timely submission of time cards.
    *Qualifications:
    • Extensive experience (5+ years) in a relevant field with a proven track record.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects.
