- Managing Director of External Affairs
- Assist in the supervision and implementation of BIAW's government affairs and legislative programs.
- Interact with the Legislature and government agencies to accomplish the government affairs, legislative and regulatory policies, and goals of the association.
- Interact with the legislature and state agencies to accomplish the legislative and regulatory policy goals of the association.
- Be a resource for members and local associations on matters of policy and government affairs
- Provide public speaking at request of local associations, government agencies, and other coalition partners
