- Produce feasibility studies, master plans, improvement plans, and similar publications;
- Explore creative and innovative solutions through sketching, diagramming, rendering, and written language;
- Draft design and construction drawings and specifications;
- Build physical and digital models;
- Conduct material research, procure samples, and prepare material boards;
- Collaborate with, and assist colleagues, partners, and clients;
- Engage our studio through presence, research, and collaborative worksessions; and
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent in Architecture;
- Real estate development interest or experience a plus;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate design ideas through accessible terms;
- Ability to perform basic accounting tasks with a high degree of accuracy;
- Relevant work experience;
- Team player who supports, respects and helps other members of a small, tight-knit team;
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Design Suite with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- If using a personal vehicle for company use, must possess a current driver's license and maintain vehicle insurance coverage in accordance with state law;
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift heavy objects.

We are seeking an emerging architectural professional who will support the development, design, and construction of projects for private and non-profit clients. The ideal candidate is organized, competent, and able to work with moderate supervision. This would be an ideal job for someone who possesses a healthy curiosity, has completed architectural undergraduate studies and is looking to grow as a designer while gaining experience in real estate development.
