- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- pletion of a Speech-Language Pathology program accredited by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Georgia State License in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Conduct prehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and munication skills
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific munication goals and needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups, targeting areas such as articulation, language prehension, fluency, and pragmatics
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to integrate speech and language goals into the academic curriculum and classroom activities
- Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure continued growth and improvement
- Provide training and support to teachers and staff on strategies for facilitating munication development in the classroom
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and munication with parents and other team members
