- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Hydraulics, Electronic & Pneumatic systems, and general Injection molding machinery.
- Oversee new equipment install and startup, and manage contractors involved in new construction/equipment installation, and other tasks.
- Manage general Facility maintenance, such as HVAC, water, gas, and other facility systems.
- Support, manage, and train existing maintenance team.
- 3 to 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
- Experience working with Injection molding machinery.
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and gas maintenance.
- Experience with contractor and project management.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
