- Implement deliverables to achieve the Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) strategy.
- Analyze and interpret data related to I&D initiatives to measure progress, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
- Establish clear governance and goals for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) tied to business impact.
- Create, drive, evolve, and maintain the operating rhythms to support the ERG program's strategic goals for seamless functioning.
- Responsible for the application, election, and training of ERG leads, tracking and delivery of key projects contributing to the program's success.
- Meet regularly with ERG leads and members to communicate key priorities, align on progress, and build relationships.
- Create strategies to strengthen global participation and collaboration among ERGs.
- Report progress on ERG efforts and accomplishments and drive communication strategies to keep team members informed about I&D programs and initiatives.
- 5-7 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in HR or I&D.
- 4+ years implementing I&D programs supporting ERGs globally.
- Ability to distill complex ideas into clear guidance and communications.
- Outstanding stakeholder management, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with global, cross-functional groups.
- Be an empathetic listener to concerns raised within communities, protect safe spaces, and provide key insights to the business.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Ability to demonstrate awareness and understanding of multiple facets of diversity with a focus on intersectionality.

Salary:
The estimated salary range for this position is $119,880 to $166,500.
Starting salary may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
