- Transform safety, compliance and operational on-line availability projects into a continuous improvement programs to continuously improve cost position, OEE and production output.
- Review business processes and interfaces, develop and implement sustainable processes and interfaces catering current and future requirements.
- Directly support the implementation and the performance monitoring for organizational projects such as Process Safety Management improvements, Precision Maintenance and key transformation initiative in the next three years
- Understand current and future requirements for all functions on the site
- Develop and implement transformation roadmap in cooperation with Site Head and the Mapleton Site Leadership Team
- Identify available and missing competences, develop and implement qualification program for site SOP(s), Skill for Pay and PSI.
- Develop and implement know-how protection concepts to ensure confidentiality for contract manufacturing partners
- Develop and implement learnings from ramp-up and stabilization of production and transfer it to potential new products.
- Back-up for Site Head
- Act as point person for discussions and assessment related to projects that could bring a new product in Mapleton.
- BS in chemical, mechanical engineering or similar
- Min. 10 years of experience in production and maintenance management of chemical/biochemical projects
- Experience in leading, managing and development of large organization in field of production and maintenance
- Skills and knowledge in understanding and managing of biotechnological, biochemical or chemical production organizations, in respectively safety and environmental regulatory requirements
- Experience in supply chain management, procurement, warehousing, customer support, logistics and customs operations
- Skills and knowledge in financial tools for cost control and budgeting
- Strong understanding of the organization and business, able to develop strategy and manage implementation
