As our Sr Business Systems Administrator NetSuite you will ensure robust daily management optimization NetSuite actively participate solution design implementation You ll boast extensive NetSuite expertise especially Financials SuiteProjects Pro PSA Planning Forecasting hands-on integration knowledge Workato preferred comprehensive reporting skills deep familiarity corporate accounting This contract full time opportunity
Serve primary administrator all NetSuite environments ensuring optimal performance security scalability Provide ongoing end-user support training troubleshooting addressing issues promptly efficiently Actively participate full lifecycle NetSuite implementation including requirements gathering design configuration testing deployment Oversee configuration customization NetSuite modules especially Financials PSA+ Planning Forecasting Create maintain roles permissions access profiles according best practice audit requirements Design build test deploy saved searches reports workflows dashboards deliver actionable business insights Manage multi-subsidiary multi-currency intercompany transaction processes ensuring compliance consistency entities Assist data migration activities ensuring data accuracy integrity Manage NetSuit upgrades new releases patch management Develop maintain documentation for configurations processes user guides Design develop maintain customizations using SuiteScript SuiteFlow SuiteTalk Create optimize workflows automate business processes Ensure data security compliance relevant regulations internal policies Manage security settings access controls Lead integration projects between Netsuite other applications preference Workato integration platform Develop maintain optimize flows system automations streamline operations Support integrate Google Shared Drive Concur Jira Salesforce Strata media buying platform Troubleshoot issues proactively identify opportunities enhancement Deeply support continuously improve financial modules GL AR AP multicurrency intercompany financial consolidations month-end close Guide use PSA project management resource allocation time tracking billing Ensure Planning Forecasting leverage industry best practices preferably Oracle Netsuite Planning Collaborate internal teams Finance Project Management Client Services etc translate into Netsuite solutions Deliver ad hoc extracts audits required leadership Participate system design sessions requirements gathering solution design capabilities integrations Advise Admin best practices change management release governance work closely IT Develop deliver user training documentation Stay current releases industry trends innovations ERP sharing knowledge continuous improvement programs
