What

Will You Be Working On:

As an engineer manager you will:
Line manage and mentor a team of front-end engineers
Ensure code is of high quality and adheres to non-functional requirements
Follow and contribute to the project's technical best practices and development standards
Perform code reviews and ensure commerce extensions are created in a flexible and modular manner
Collaborate with Technical Lead, Solutions Architects and Enterprise Architects for aspects related to integration with other systems

What Skills or Experiences Do You Need To Be Successful:
Minimum 5 years experience in software development, specializing in architecting solutions for customer facing web applications
Experience implementing API-first headless architecture within the eCommerce and digital web content sites
Experience working with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms, working on auto-scaling global deployments of large volume traffic web applications
Experience leading engineering teams to deliver high quality software projects on time and under budget
Strong communication skills and ability to interface with both technical and non-technical user teams
Experience presenting ideas and business cases to executive leadership for approval
