The Accounts Payable Associate is a key member of the Finance Department, reporting to the Finance & Accounting Manager. This role is responsible for day-to-day accounts payable operations, cross-training in accounts receivable and ensuring accurate timely processing of payments.Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain vendor account information in Foundant including obtaining W9s and payment information.
- Maintain the vendor ACH information within banking platform. Continuing to transition to a completely electronic process.
