    Salary: $90,400 - $118,800 + 15% bonus

    About the Role:
    This is an exceptional opportunity for sales professionals to grow their careers by leveraging their leadership skills and drive for results. You will work closely with distributors to maximize distribution, implement key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor progress across various channels. Your goal will be to increase volume and distribution objectives within your assigned territory.

    Responsibilities:
    * Develop and execute strategic plans to expand distribution networks
    * Collaborate with distributors and retailers to implement KPI-driven programs
    * Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets
    * Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly

    Requirements:
    * 3-7 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
    * Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
    * Budgeting experience and working knowledge of KPIs
    * Ability to lift 25+lbs and travel as needed
    * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
