Qualifications Requirements:
Possess and maintain a valid American Board certification

• AnesthesiologyPossess and maintain a valid and unrestricted state medical license based on requirements of assigned hospital and practice BLS certification, Valid DEA registration and Controlled Substance CertificateProficient with charting in electronic medical records.
