The focal system is kelp forests, but extends to other coastal communities. We wish to understand associations between species, similar and dissimilar drivers, and the implications of the modern distribution of genomic variation for conservation in a changing seascape. The principal duties are:

    • data analyses, bioinformatics
    • lead- and co-author manuscripts, oral, and poster presentations
    • project management
    • help educate, supervise, and train graduate and undergraduate students
