    Job Details:

    • Full-time weekday schedule from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with one variable weekday off per week
    • On-call requirements: 1 weekend per month (5:00 PM Friday to 6:30 AM Monday) and 4 weeknights per month (5:00 PM to 6:30 AM next day)
    • No weekend commitment outside of on-call responsibilities
    • Must have minimum 1-2 years of experience in cath/EP lab
    • Must be able to scrub for all types of heart catheterizations, peripheral vascular, structural heart, and EP procedures

    Required certifications:
    ACLS and BLS


    • Preferably RCIS or RCES licensure, or ARRT licensure acceptable with scrub experience in cath lab
    • Knowledge of Merge Hemo documentation system preferred
    • Must demonstrate understanding of cardiac, vascular, respiratory, and renal physiology and pathology
    • Ability to recognize ECG waveform morphology, wave patterns, and lethal arrhythmias
    • Must understand cardiac medications and pharmacokinetics related to cardiac and vascular functions
    • Monitor diagnostic cardiac catheter procedures and intervene appropriately during emergencies
    • Calculate basic hemodynamic parameters and record catheterization events
    • Perform cardiac outputs, oxygen saturations, and ACT measurements
    • Ability to work in sterile environment for extended periods wearing lead aprons up to 5 lbs
    • Must be comfortable working independently and within multidisciplinary teams
    • High school diploma or equivalent required with graduation from accredited Allied Health Sciences program

    This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology laboratory providing advanced cardiovascular interventional services. The facility specializes in diagnostic cardiac catheterizations, percutaneous interventions, electrophysiologic testing, permanent pacemaker implants, and therapeutic ablation procedures.

    The organization maintains state-of-the-art fluoroscopy systems and advanced cardiac technologies including intravascular ultrasound, Doppler velocimetry, and various extraction devices to support complex cardiovascular procedures.
