The Patient Access Representative is responsible for computer appointment scheduling for all Forefront Dermatology clinics,Maintain physician schedules ensuring that all patients are scheduled properly and appointments are confirmed.
Provide excellent customer service to all incoming callers by answering phones promptly and in polite professional manner
Accurately document patient concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma GED/HSED or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of recent medical office experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
