    SCHEDULE:
    • Type: On-site (remote work unavailable)
    • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM ET or 9:00 AM ET - 5:00 PM ET
    • Location: Lawrenceville, GA
    RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
    • Assist the DOE Department with any/all administrative duties as tasked
    • Maintain contact with staff and provide support/assistance as needed when needed
    • Maintain coordination and adjustments of work schedules
    • Maintain workflow in a fast-paced environment
    • Training internal staff as required
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Responsibilities are subject to change as the position evolves
    KEY SKILLS & BEHAVIORS:
    • Able to triage work effectively to prioritize deadlines/high-importance tasks
    • Proficient with computer skills/tech savvy
    • Proven to thrive in administrative environments
    • Able to maintain workflow in a fast-paced setting
    • Highly organized
    • Proactive with problem-solving
    • Positive and encouraging in disposition
    • Have their RBT/Background in Autism therapy
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Minimum 2 years working in an office-based setting
    • Previous experience in an Clinical/Autism (RBT/Aide) related position preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and related computer software
    • Ability to communicate effectively
    SALARY & BENEFITS:

    Pay:
    • $38,000-$40,000 per year
