    Registered Behavior Technician Opportunity
    ProCare Therapy is looking for a highly qualified and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician in Berkeley, CA to join one of our esteemed school districts.     Job Description

    • This is a full-time, onsite, school-based behavior technician position at 32.5 hours per week. Both elementary and middle school opportunities are available.
    • You will offer 1:1 Behavioral and Academic Support to a student.
    • You will effectively interact with Staff, Teachers, Psychologists, Families, etc.
    • You have knowledge of various disabilities and students' emotional, social, and behavioral health requirements.
    • You should feel at ease dealing with high needs, Autism, aggressive behaviors, and medically fragile students.
    • You will execute direct and indirect teaching programs, reinforcement systems, and behavior guidelines.

    Job Requirements

    • RBT Certification is essential
    • Behavior Experience
    • Successful completion of a drug and background check

    Interview Process

    • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
    • 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
    • Offer typically provided within 24 hours of virtual interview
