    The Position:The Ticket Operations Coordinator will play an essential role in the daily operations of the Ticket Office. Reporting to the Senior Director of Ticket Operations & VP of Ticket Sales and Service, the Ticket Office Coordinator is responsible for providing support to fans at the box office and assisting the Ticket Sales and Ticket Services departments with various initiatives.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assistant administrator for Archtics ticketing system
    • Ensure the security of the ticket office is maintained at all times; assume responsibility for all monies collected and provide the appropriate personnel with detailed daily reports and ensure the safety of monies at the end of each day
    • Assist with upload and administration of all events on the ticketing system; ensure the ticketing system records are maintained and accurate
    • Administer efficient, accurate and timely reporting mechanisms related to sales activity as well as budget pacing activity to be used by senior management
    • Assist the Senior Director of Ticket Operations with maintaining the game day ticket scanning system at all customer entry points
    • Interact and provide customers with unsurpassed customer service answering questions and resolutions on game day ticket issues
    • Assist the Senior Director of Ticket Operations in hiring and orientation process, provide continual training and management of ticket office game day staff
    • Assist with all ticket office operations, including customer service support, will call and walk-up ticket sales, printing and distribution of individual and online ticket orders
    • Provide operations support to the Ticket Sales and Ticket Services departments
    • Work with the Finance department to accurately reconcile all cash and create daily sales reports for accounting
    • Assist Finance department with commission reporting for the sales department
    • Implement new ideas to improve the day to day workflow of the Ticket Operations department
    • Other duties as assigned by Senior Director of Ticket Operations and VP of Ticket Sales and Service.

    Qualifications
    • 4-year college degree or combination of equivalent education and experience
    • Prior experience in the ticketing or sports industry is highly desired
    • Experience with Ticketmaster software preferred (Archtics, Host, EMT, tmONE)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
    • Strong written and oral communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
    • Provide outstanding customer service while working in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
    • Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines for various projects
    • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
