- Take the lead in planning, designing, and executing civil engineering projects, including site grading, drainage design, access road design, and more.
- Conduct technical studies to assess feasibility and develop detailed designs.
- Collaborate closely with fellow professionals and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Mentor and guide less experienced staff, ensuring work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Utilize your expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and analysis modules to deliver top-notch results.
- 4-8 years of experience in civil engineering.
- Professional Engineer license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil site design, NPDES permitting requirements, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, HY-8, Pondpack, Hydraflow, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and related analysis tools.
- Excellent team collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
