The ideal candidate will ensure the event area is clean organized and well-stocked providing a seamless experience for guests and event organizers.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup maintenance and breakdown of event spaces including arranging tables chairs decorations and other necessary equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness organization of the venue during events by managing waste disposal cleaning up spills or debris as needed.
- Maintain clean orderly environment in bathrooms hallways common areas replenish supplies in venues eg napkins water bottles hand sanitizers items monitor space during events ensuring any needs are addressed promptly report maintenance issues damage to appropriate personnel handle physical tasks lifting up to pounds strong attention detail work quickly under pressure excellent communication interpersonal skills ability work independently part team flexibility working hours nights weekends holidays as required based on schedules full-time or opportunities available depending on needs hr/
