    Occupational Therapist II Job Description


    The Occupational Therapist II provides full-range professional occupational therapy services for patients with mental or physical disabilities at various settings such as acute medical hospitals, outpatient clinics.



    • Manage caseloads of patients providing interventions treatments services including evaluating prioritizing identifying referral making follow-up care initiation coordination consulting advising reporting.

    • Supervise staff assisting assigning reviewing preparing discussing performance evaluation reports.

    • Serve health teams coordinating training instruction facilitating community resources access employment education volunteer opportunities collaboration ensuring client understanding neurocognition executive functioning impairments increased via individualized case consultation homeless outreach teams treatment team meetings enhancing their skills knowledge ability effectively intervene assess rehabilitate promote independence autonomy adaptation participation life activities society meaningful fulfillment vocational spiritual goals aspirations potential reaching fullest capabilities.
