    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at NOUN Hotel, part of the Tribute Collection.

    As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests' rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting.


    Responsibilities:

    • Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness
    • Change linens, make beds, and restock towels and toiletries
    • Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures
    • Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department
    • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
    • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
    • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
