Job DescriptionSUMMARY: Prepares and cooks food on hot and cold lines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Good spoken and written English skills. Must be able to write grammatically correctly.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:
Must have or be able to obtain a Florida Safe Staff Food Handler Certification
