    Our Team

    The core Advertising team is charged with building a new, best-in-class ads organization to establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners and to drive advertising revenue. The ad measurement team is tasked with building best in class insights and measurement solutions for our advertising partners in support of our broader advertising sales efforts.

    Summary

    Netflix's Ad Measurement team is seeking a Manager of Measurement Partnerships to support our expanding portfolio of measurement partners. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with sales, product and ads legal and policy departments to design, negotiate and manage successful partnerships that delight our advertisers and demonstrate the effectiveness and value of Netflix as an advertising platform.     Key Responsibilities
    • Working with the Sr. Manager and other key stakeholders to develop a modern and robust ads measurement partnership strategy
    • Build and foster relationships with third-party measurement providers and other strategic advertising technology and research partners
    • Partner with the legal team to negotiate and execute measurement partnership agreements
    • Collaborate with the Netflix Ad Product team to help define and scope measurement integrations
    • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to facilitate successful go-to-market (GTM) rollout of measurement partnerships
    • Leverage data from internal and external sources to evaluate and forecast the success of new partnerships and the health of existing ones
    • Act as a facilitator for the wider Measurement team, ensuring partnerships deliver on our key objectives and provide value for money
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on the state of the media measurement landscape, providing valuable advice and insights to key stakeholders across the business
    • Manage finance processes, including managing a budget
    Experience & Skills
    • 7-10 years experience in Streaming, TV or digital media industry with a comprehensive understanding of the advertising research landscape
    • Experience managing complex vendor relationships through the full partnership cycle - from Master Service Agreement (MSA) negotiation, to successful GTM rollout and subsequent relationship management
    • You are an expert in media data infrastructure. You know the different workflows and identifiers used in measurement integrations, and can clearly explain the tradeoffs between approaches. You supplement your expertise with data to make evidence-based recommendations
    • Deep knowledge of measurement methodologies (e.g. attribution/ROI/experiments) and a solid understanding of emerging approaches and technologies
    • Appreciation of the critical role played by identity in media measurement, and a solid grasp of the various companies and methodologies prevalent in the space
    • Experience building financial forecasts and models in Excel for deal evaluation
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the confidence to take ownership of projects from start to finish
    • Experience working cross functionally in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to build a good rapport with both internal and external clients
    • Able to collaborate effectively while embracing differing perspectives and experiences to make better decisions
    • A global outlook; ability to work with teams around the globe with an appreciation of the nuances of local market conditions
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must; Netflix is a memo-driven culture and you will be expected to write clearly and effectively
    Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $210,000 - $475,000.
