- Support clients with day-to-day activities and therapeutic interventions.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Perform regular check-ins and monitor client progress.
- Work under the supervision of Qualified and Licensed Professionals.
- Maintain thorough documentation in line with NC Board of Health standards.
- Bachelors degree in human services, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Strong desire to help others and make a positive impact.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
