Job summary

This is a six-month position for a Mail Room Clerk in San Dimas, CA. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent certification and strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone calls and transfer them to staff.
  • Filing and maintaining papers or electronic documents and records.
  • Maintaining customer/suppliers ledgers.
