- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services
- Experience and comfort in a high-volume call environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage complex client interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, phone etiquette
- Ability to navigate competing priorities and pivot when needed
- Associate degree or higher
- HR and payroll knowledge and experience
- Sales experience
