- Develop knowledge of customer's buying patterns and work with customers to understand the cause when there are variances to trends.
- Represent the voice of the customer within the business and continuously seek opportunities to improve the service.
- Collaborate with account managers on customer activities, sharing insight.
- Interact, build, and maintain effective relationships with internal and external teams.
- Support internal/external customer with business reports.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of supply chain experience, business, or finance
- Knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills to coach, develop and influence various teams.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Occasional travel
