- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in healthcare project management, with a track record of successfully leading and completing projects.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, and drive collaboration across various departments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Attention to detail and organization a must

- Knowledgeable or ability to become knowledgeable about and have a heart for mental and behavioral healthcare, addiction treatment, and recovery.

- Ability to read detailed health records
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
- Ability to operate computer and other equipment in the office
- Must have sufficient mobility to move around the office and the community
- Occasional travel to facilities located throughout Kentucky
