The Recreation Activity Center Coordinator oversees daily operations of one or more recreation activity centers (RACs), supervises youth-focused programming that promotes engagement positive development skill-building monitors participant registration engagement tracking adjusts services staffing schedules based on program needs community interest prepares routine statistical operational analytical reports related to participation programming outcomes service delivery responds public inquiries RAC programs services facility use participation requirements meets with community stakeholders civic groups service partners build relationships address concerns promote RAC services assists planning coordination special events activities seasonal initiatives held at RAC partnership County locations supports recruitment training supervision volunteers interns instructors assigned performs other related duties required.
