Job summary
This Senior Financial Coordinator position serves as the NMBHI Cashier and plays a primary role in offering great customer service to our facility, vendors, clients, and patients.Responsibilities
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer and petty cash fund
- Document financial transactions on a daily log and prepare purchase order for replenishment of funds
- Issue receipts and complete deposits within 24 hours of receiving payment
- Review fund distributions, invoices, and purchase orders for accuracy and adequacy of supporting documentation
