5+ years development experience of at least one of the programming tools/languages (e.g., C, Web, .Net, VB, Python)
3+ years
RPA, ML experience using UiPath
Understanding of
RPA landscape trends, emerging technologies in the Process Automation domain, and how they can support Client.
Experience leading the configuration, development, testing and deployment of automation solutions
Experience in monitoring, reporting and auditing
RPA software
Experience in leading and collaborating crossteam engagements to ensure successful delivery
Ability to manage and work with Vendor Partners
Ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
Strong conceptual and analytical skills, demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills; results oriented
Financial technology a plus
Change management and software development life cycle experience
Understanding of the SDLC and Operating Model for
RPA
