    Pricing Manager Role

    This full-time on-site position is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, and maintaining competitive pricing.

    The role involves conducting pricing research, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, monitoring competitor pricing, and ensuring pricing compliance.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the Purchasing team to ensure all product costs are up-to-date and accurate.
    • Maintain pricing data using pricing tools and the ERP system.
    • Analyze online markets to create pricing programs by vendor that optimize sales and gross margins.
    • Collaborate with Marketing to develop pricing programs aligned with marketing initiatives.
    • Develop comprehensive product pricing processes to ensure optimal performance and market competitiveness.
    • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to identify and grow underdeveloped product lines and vendors.

    Requirements

    • Strong analytical skills, including experience with market analysis and trend identification.
    • Proficiency in pricing strategy development and implementation.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with purchasing, sales, marketing, and management teams.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and other data analysis tools.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
    • Experience in the fluid management or related industries is a plus.
    • Able to work on-site in Milwaukee, WI.

    Benefits

    $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience.
