    Job Description:



    The Salesforce Specialist plays a crucial role in collaborating with the sales effectiveness team to maximize the potential of Salesforce and its associated platforms.



    Education Requirements:


    - Bachelor's degree preferred but open to individuals without a degree but with extensive experience in Salesforce.



    Skill Requirements:


    - Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in CRM, Data Validation, and Salesforce (experience in lightning and classic strongly preferred).


    - Proven Salesforce experience of at least 1 year.


    - Demonstrated initiative in delivering results for complex projects.


    - Attention to detail with strong oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical clients.


    - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and Outlook.


    - Excellent planning and organizational skills.


    - Willingness to work in the St. Louis office up to 3 days a week; this is a hybrid role.



    Responsibilities:


    - Collaborate with the sales effectiveness team to maximize Salesforce and its platforms, focusing on user access, environment troubleshooting, and client interaction.


    - Partner with Salesforce platform business user groups to manage licensing needs across Salesforce and related tools.


    - Conduct detailed user maintenance processes and ongoing audits for system consistency.


    - Generate reports, conduct audits, and manage user access across different environments.


    - Maintain data integrity through Salesforce data cleansing applications.


    - Independently handle data-related requests and resolution.


    - Gather feedback from end-users and work on system improvements.


    - Document and communicate requirements for potential system enhancements.



    Must Haves:


    - Experience with Salesforce, CRM environments, and data management.


    - Strong communication skills.


    - Preference for a hybrid role with technical background or willingness to learn technical aspects.


    - Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
