Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough and insightful analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization for long term success

· Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

· Drive consensus between IT, business, stakeholders, and vendors to evaluate, propose, and implement solutions

· Identify opportunities for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

· Perform data analysis and create reports to support business decision-making and drive operational efficiency

· Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to BA1 and BA2 team members, promoting professional growth and development

Qualifications: Education

· Degree in Information Technology or Business, preferred.

· Certifications in and/or basic understanding of solution delivery life cycle phases, Agile, and Scrum principles, preferred (i.e. CBAP, PBA, CSM).

Qualifications: Experience

· 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role required.

· Leadership experience, preferred

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions

· Experience authoring high-level business requirements or writing epics and stories into technical specifications in a production environment required.

· Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as complex process mapping, requirements gathering, and data analysis

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills

• Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction

• Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs

• A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems

• Experience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-making
