The Bluegrass Station Division is hiring an Administrative Branch Manager that provides overall management of staff and activities within the Maintenance Support Branch.++
Responsibilities
Manages the intake assignment execution of daily work orders tenant requests including grounds facilities environmental.+Ensure operational activities align with state federal requirements contracts mission objectives.+Monitor analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.+Authorizes leave overtime Conducts performance evaluations recommends employees salary increases promotions branch Counsels employees work related matters Ensures strict adherence state federal regulations security protocols classified information handling procedures Maintains compliance OSHA ITAR FAR/DFARS regulations Collaborates contracted post tenant security teams safeguard personnel equipment sensitive information Coordinates tenant activities space allocation facility access operational support Address tenant concerns resolve issues foster positive relationships collaboration mission success Manages budgets allocate resources control operational expenses financial targets Oversees procurement inventory management supply chain operations readiness availability materials Coordinates contractors vendors maintain equipment infrastructure Ensures all rules regulations adhered operation chemical spraying mixing use chemicals weed control program Ensures each employee received maintain proper training certification required State+Job description
